As Co-founder and CEO, Martyn has actively led the business since its inception in 2002 with a drive to fundamentally change the role and relevance of leasing to large organisations across Australasia.

As one of the simplest and most cost-effective forms of funding growth in a time of great volatility and change, it is Martyn’s role to ensure Quadrent leads the field in thinking, understands its clients and provides them with the solutions to be agile enough to capture the value and then secure it for the long term.

His approach is to always be knowledgeable, open and friendly, as is Quadrent’s ambition to never lose a customer.

Adam has spent the best part of two decades building and running IT from the ground up, working across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US along the way. He's the person who likes getting hands-on with the details, whether that's infrastructure, automation, or just quietly keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.

At Quadrent, Adam looks after the technology that keeps the business running, and is focused on making sure the team has what it needs to do their best work, day in and day out.

Aishwarya is an experienced finance professional with over four years of expertise in accounting and financial operations. Aishwarya brings strong systems knowledge, including SAP, Oracle, and NAV, and a commitment to delivering accurate, efficient financial support that helps drive operational success.

In her role as Accounts Assistant, she supports the team with invoice processing, reconciliations, and expense management.

Amit has a proven track record of managing complex requirements and delivering superior results within the ICT, IT distribution and services industry.

His previous experience includes senior sales roles with Samsung, Huawei and DSWireless in New Zealand. Before Quadrent, he worked at Ingram Micro where he was a Senior Business Development Executive and looked after the Ingram Micro Financial Services business for New Zealand, including managing the Quadrent relationship as a financing partner.

Deepisha has 10 years of experience in finance and management accounting. She has been responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for various business units across the broadcast, energy, and healthcare industries.

At Quadrent, her focus is on financial accounting and management reporting, as well as conducting commercial analysis on leasing deals.

Gary has over 20 years of experience in senior management and executive roles within the financial services industry. As General Manager of New Zealand, he is responsible for the day-to-day running of Quadrent’s New Zealand equipment leasing business.

Gary’s proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans and originating new opportunities has created value and sustainable benefits for his customers, particularly SMEs, large corporates, government organisations and education providers.

Gavin is a senior business manager who has accumulated 20 years of experience in the equipment leasing industry in New Zealand. With extensive expertise in sales, people management, and business operations, Gavin focuses on ensuring service delivery quality, operational consistency, and executional excellence across the organisation.

His responsibilities span sales support and operations, asset portfolio management, marketing, HR, and digital inclusion initiatives.

With experience across account management, corporate customer support, and sales operations, Hannah brings a strong customer-focused approach to her role as Sales Operations Coordinator at Quadrent.

Previously, Hannah has held roles with Bridgestone and LeasePlan, building expertise in client relationships, sales support, and coordinating efficient business processes. She enjoys supporting teams, improving systems, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience.

James is an experienced Chartered Accountant leading finance teams and supporting senior leadership across New Zealand and abroad. He brings technical expertise in IFRS reporting and financial control, alongside advanced analytical and business partnering skills developed across a range of sectors.

James is passionate about driving process improvement and leveraging technology to deliver timely, insightful reporting that supports better decision-making.

Jan has a strong passion for managing flexible leasing solutions for the education sector, enabling schools throughout Aotearoa to get online.

Working in conjunction with our valued reseller network, Jan has extensive experience in business development and relationship management.

She has spent the last 13 years working in financial services for education, and has a background in ICT hardware sales and management. Previously, Jan held senior roles with Equico and flexicommerical NZ.

Jignasha is an experienced finance professional with expertise in financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, and business partnering. She has a proven track record of supporting operational and strategic decision-making through high-quality financial analysis and reporting.

Her focus is on delivering robust financial stewardship, driving process improvements, and providing valuable insights that help the business achieve its objectives.

Jonny combines his passion for education and the environment, collaborating with schools across BoP, Waikato, Auckland, and Northland to provide innovative leasing solutions and champion sustainability.

With previous experience in ICT sales to schools across Aotearoa, he brings his expertise to help your school find customised technology solutions using leasing.

An accomplished garden designer as well, Jonny is always up for a chat about what’s growing in your garden too!

Kara has a strong background in finance and senior leadership roles in both New Zealand and the UK, having worked in a variety of industries, including professional services, software, and hospitality.

As an experienced Chartered Accountant, she has managed many high-performing teams and enjoys providing commercial insights and working with the business to drive improvements.

Marty has over 10 years of experience marketing in professional services. He is commercially minded and customer-focused, who is passionate about demonstrating the value of marketing.

Working closely with all functions across the business Marty is responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies that identify new growth opportunities and attract new customers for Quadrent and LOIS.

Mathew has over 30 years’ experience within equipment finance and asset management, holding senior management roles and leading diverse teams for global and local financiers, commercial valuation and auction houses, and large enterprises across Australasia.

He has extensive experience in quantifying and managing equipment risk, asset utilisation and deployment, sale and disposal of surplus and end-of-life equipment, technical services, and reverse logistics across various equipment types for technology, industrial, commercial and retail.

Mathew’s focus is on the development, implementation, and execution of strategic plans that add value to customers through the provision of innovative, fit-for-purpose equipment utilisation programs within a framework that also focuses on optimising financial, environmental, social and governance outcomes.

Matt has 20 years of experience in corporate IT systems, security and cloud technologies, and has held executive roles in many of the large New Zealand software companies that have had global success.

Matt’s focus is on building and developing leading-edge financial solutions to enrich our customer's data experience.

Michael is an experienced structured finance professional having held senior roles with institutional banks and other financial services organisations in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Michael is a qualified lawyer and accountant, with a proven track record of effectively managing the end-to-end transaction origination and execution process, including stakeholder management, negotiation of terms, and assistance with legal documentation.

As Chief Commercial Officer at Quadrent, Michael is focused on providing commercial and legal support across all aspects of the business, including originating and executing new transactions, and ensuring Quadrent maintains appropriate funding options.

Nick began his career in personal vehicle and business asset finance, starting in customer service and motor dealer support before progressing to managing his own asset portfolio as a desk-based relationship manager.

Joining the asset management team at Quadrent, he applies his growing skills and experience to deliver efficient results to customers across New Zealand and Australia. With a strong focus on data analysis, Nick is dedicated to enhancing internal systems and processes, driving both customer satisfaction and Quadrent’s continued growth.

Nicole brings over 20 years of experience across SMEs, large corporates, and multinationals in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK to the Quadrent team. She has worked across FMCG, health, finance, manufacturing, professional services, travel, and leasing, giving her a deep understanding of diverse organisational needs and cultures.

Nicole is passionate about building engaged and high‑performing workforces. Known for her pragmatic and innovative approach, she partners closely with leaders to solve complex challenges while maintaining a strong commercial lens.

Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mum to identical twin girls.

Peter is a 30-year veteran of the equipment finance industry having held executive roles with global financiers and local banks, including managing teams across Australasia.

Peter has extensive experience launching and running vendor finance programs across a diverse array of equipment types from technology, to industrial and healthcare. These partners include some of the world’s most iconic global brands.

Robbie is an experienced commercial finance broker with a proven track record of complex lending and outstanding service to his clients.

Robbie joins Quadrent's Australian team to build and improve its chattel mortgage finance capability for vendor funding programmes with some of the world's largest industrial brands. His focus is making both bank and non-bank finance transactions as seamless and efficient as possible for Quadrent's vendor customers.

Ross is a Facility Portfolio Manager with 18 years' experience delivering equipment leasing solutions, allowing customers to draw down on available funds as required.

He has wide-ranging experience with Government entities, SMEs, public and private companies, from quoting, contract administration, account management, through to assisting with financial reporting and guidance of minimum term options on individual leases.

Sahil brings over 13 years of experience across education, government, and SME sectors. His career has been shaped by a passion for using technology to create meaningful impact from driving digital equity in schools to helping organisations strengthen cybersecurity and embrace AI. Sahil is known for his people-first approach, building trust through empathy, collaboration, and solutions that reflect real community needs.

Driven by a belief that technology should enable opportunity for all, Sahil thrives on mentoring, fostering innovation, and helping education providers navigate the fast-changing digital landscape.

Simon has worked across various large multinationals in the marketing and communications arena, specialising in developing campaigns and enabling strategic decision-making.

Simon is responsible for internal communications across the business and supporting the marketing function with campaign collateral, content creation, and developing strategies.

Sue has worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years working with several major financiers in Ireland and Australia. She has gained a wide range of skills and experience across a variety of operational and people-focused roles.

She is responsible for the smooth running of our Sydney office and providing sales support to our Australian team. Her priority is to ensure the office thrives and succeeds and our customers are happy with her solution-focused, problem-solving attitude and empathetic approach.

Tracey has extensive experience and knowledge after 18 years specialising in administration for asset finance and technology leasing solutions in the education sector.

Tracey excels at internal and external sales support and account management. She has a real passion for working with people, and improving systems and processes. Previously, Tracey held senior administration roles with Equico and flexicommercial NZ.
